The national team stay seems to have made Djurgården good. The Stockholm team has had a tough start at SHL and was eight before today's hit but today it was a Djurgården like what went to the final in last year's playoffs. Marcus Högström was one of the big profiles of the match and managed to score two goals in fifteen seconds before he even managed to hang another goal to complete his hattrick.

"It must be as a youth in Sveg when I did the hattrick last time," said the unaccustomed shooter who scored his first SHL goals for the season in tonight's match.

Högström's first two goals for the season - in 15 seconds

Great domination for the home team

After the first period, Djurgården had 11-2 in the shot statistics and then returning Dick Axelsson also had the chance to make 1-0 for the home team in a quick turnaround, which ended with a rock hard shot at the cross.

At the end of the first period, the match was interrupted for a nice manifestation for Oskar Lindblom, the former Brynäss Player who was recently diagnosed with skeletal cancer. The remaining Brynäsklacken unfurled banners: Fighting Oskar # 96 and #fuckcancer in support of Gävlesonen Lindblom. The home crowd also stood up to support Lindblom in the fight against the disease.

PLEASE NOTE: Here Lindblom is celebrated

Hattrick for Högström

Marcus Högström's hat-trick during the match was symptomatic of the ice loss experienced by the Stockholm team. After two goals in just fifteen seconds in the second half, Högström was also able to kick in his third goal after being released near the cage. The three goals were Högström's first for the season in SHL.

- I feel like a king. It was so good. I have been waiting for the first goal and wanted that zero. We are getting good dividends but I think the result is a little exaggerated, Brynäs is tough, said the hattrick back after the match in CMore's broadcast.

In the end, it became 6-0 at Hovet and Djurgården barely entered Skellefteå in seventh place.
