Three places were open to Montén's JVM squad as they hoped to get rid of NHL players, David Gustafsson, Winnipeg, Rasmus Sandin, Toronto and Adam Boqvist, Chicago.
The former has been given the go-ahead, the second is uncertain and the third has refused to participate.
