“The idea of the bill is based on international practice and the experience of holding the World Cup in Russia,” the explanatory note says.
It is emphasized that the draft law obliges the organizers of football matches to direct the proceeds from the sale of beer to the development of professional and youth sports.
Earlier, the corresponding bill was supported by the State Duma Committee on Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs.
