Liverpool left back Andy Robertson confirmed that all competitors want to avoid facing his team when drawing the draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions League football next Monday in Switzerland.

Liverpool qualified for the final price, leading the group after beating hosts Salzburg last Tuesday, and is awaiting a team match between Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Atlanta and Olympic Lyon.

Juergen Klopp's team qualified for the final in the previous two versions, and won the title last season after defeating Tottenham in the final match to win the first title with the German coach.

"We have the respect of competitors in this tournament," said Robertson. "Nobody wants to face us yet, which we did in the last two years."

"The atmosphere that we created and the team that reached the final twice in a row and lost once and won in another" is what makes the other teams afraid to confront us.

The Reds defender pointed out that the respect and fear of the team increased this year after the European title by saying, "Maybe in the first season we reached the final ... We did not get the respect we deserve. Now everyone respects us in Europe. Nobody wants to confront us."

"We will wait to know the new competitor. We realize that it will be difficult regardless of the competitor's name, but we are looking forward to this challenge in the desire to advance in the championship. We know we are the champions and everyone wants to win against us," Robertson added.
