Japanese national swimming race candidate training camp in Japan's first highland pool Nagano Tomi December 5, 17:42

In order to strengthen the athletes for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, members of Japanese representative candidates for swimming are training camps in Japan's first high-altitude training pool built in Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture.

In Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture, looking ahead to the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, we have been developing a pool for highland training for about 1.3 billion yen over the Yunomaru plateau located at an altitude of over 1,700 meters.

The pool has been completed in October, and since November the team has been gathering camp members from the Japanese candidates for swimming.

On the 5th, the news was released to the press, and two world medleys won the crown of the individual medley, and Daiya Seto, who has been announced as the Tokyo Olympics representative, and Yuhashi Ohashi, who aims to win a gold medal at the Olympic medley, A total of 31 athletes were swimming for 5 hours in the morning and afternoon.

Until now, many of the top athletes in swimming have been training camps at high altitudes where oxygen is thin in order to strengthen cardiopulmonary function, but the Japan Swimming Federation has now completed a new pool for high altitude training in Japan. We expect to reduce the cost of traveling and the burden on players.
