The African Football Confederation (CAF) has announced the shortlist of the candidates for the title of best player in the continent, which included the Togolese Al Ain striker Laba Kudjou, in a list of Zamalek star Tarek Ahmed, Esperance Tunisian players Taha El Khanissi, Anis Badri and Algerian يوسف بلايلي Free Membership.

African football fans are eagerly awaiting the award for the best player in the continent, where the elite players who shine within the continent for a whole year will compete against them. The award ceremony will be held for the current edition and for the first time in the hospitality of Hurghada in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Next January.

The prize was first organized in 1970 by France Football magazine, which was then dubbed the African Golden Ball. The African Football Confederation (CAF) began organizing the prize from 1992, and has since changed its name to Africa's Best Player.

Laba Kudjou, who last summer joined Al Ain in a two-season contract, has previously played for Morocco's Nahdet Berkane.
