By Playfuls Team Zlatan Ibrahimovic is considering returning to Serie A after spending two seasons in the United States at Los Angeles Galaxy, the Swedish soccer star said on Tuesday.

The Italian-language magazine GQ published an interview on Wednesday with Ibrahimovic, 38, with a cover image, calling it a "Christmas present" for any club he hires.

"I will join the team that wants to win again and renew its history, the team that wants to challenge everyone," he said. "Only in this way will I find the motivation I need to surprise you again."

The comments sparked rumors about a possible return to struggling AC Milan, who are said to be moving to sign him in the winter transfer market in January.

Ibrahimovic, who played for Milan between 2010 and 2012, won the Serie A title, having won three times with Inter Milan.

Ibrahimovic took the lead in the Serie A in 2005 and 2006 with the Juventus jersey, but the team was stripped of the titles following the match-fixing case.

In the Netherlands, Ibrahimovic won two titles with Ajax, one in Spain with Barcelona and four titles with Paris Saint-Germain, a total of 11 domestic titles.

In 2017, Ibrahimovic won the European League with Manchester United.
