The Provincial Prosecutor of Valencia asks to fine the president of the Spanish Football Federation, Luis Rubiales, who accuses of injuring the architect who reformed his house in Valencia and with whom he had previous disagreements that had not been resolved. In addition, he claims compensation of 21,000 euros.

This follows from the prosecutor's letter -in which the opening of the trial is requested-, in which the public prosecutor accuses the president of the Federation of an injury crime for which he is asked for a fine of 2,400 euros and 21,000 euros for compensation because of the consequences it caused in the victim.

On July 19, 2017, Rubiales was approached by the architect when she was in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento de Valencia. Between them, a series of unresolved disagreements had been previously generated and at that time they had a "brief and tense" conversation that degenerated into an argument.

Pushing and shaking

Both maintained the dispute after a complaint that the woman filed against Rubiales for having wanted to pay for work at home with funds from the Association of Spanish Footballers Association (AFE) when the current president of the RFEF was in charge of it.

In the course of the fight, the defendant, who was going to leave in a taxi before the victim's "aggressive" behavior, pushed her violently on several occasions, grabbed her arm and shook her hard. Immediately after he left in the vehicle, as recorded in the same letter.

Posttraumatic stress

As a result of the aggression, the woman suffered a right and wrist bruise, as well as other injuries and a post-traumatic stress disorder that required rehabilitation, rest and pharmacological treatment.

In total, the architect had a basic personal damage of 262 days, 244 of them with temporary loss of moderate quality of life. As sequelae have remained post-traumatic algias in the cervical spine, associated cervical syndrome and post-traumatic stress.
