Haaks Vakifbank, the reigning champion of the tournament, won in three straight sets (27-27, 25-20, 25-20) against Brazilian Dentil Praia Clube.
Haak was listed for 22 points and was thus the best point in the match, together with Dentils Brayelin Elizabeth Martinez. In addition, Haak was named the most valuable player of the match.

Club World Cup is played in Chinese Shaoxing. Eight teams are divided into two teams and the two best teams in each group advance to the playoffs. Vakifbank will play the next match on Thursday, with the reigning Champions League champion Novara waiting.
