LONDON (Reuters) - Monaco and Paris St Germain, who were due to play in the 15th round of the Ligue 1, have been postponed due to bad weather, the French league said on Sunday.

"Monaco's home game with leaders Paris Saint-Germain was postponed on Sunday evening due to heavy rain forecasts in the emirate," according to a statement on the league's official website.

"The competitions committee of the French federation will meet to set a new date for the meeting," the statement added.

Paris are top with 33 points, while Monaco are 14th with 18 points.

St Germain have the title of last edition of the league, while St Etienne is more than crowned on ten occasions.
