At the press conference in Östersund, the coach and sports manager Torbjörn Gehrke announced that they were canceling the contract with the American guard Davon Bell.

The second news was also visible directly. Beside the Östersunds coach sat the club's recent new acquisition.

Thomas Massamba entered into a short-term contract earlier in the year to replace injured Gustav Hansson. The agreement between the national team guards and Jämtland has now been extended, from a short-term contract to the rest of the season.

As the third news, the newly acquired Marshall Nelson was presented. Nelson has a Belgian passport but originates from Australia and is described as a skilled shooter by coach Torbjörn Gehrke. Nelson comes in as a replacement for injured Gustav Hansson.

After the three messages, Gehrke also announced what Jämtland as a team has for goals with this year's season.

- We want to make it to the final, says Gehrke.
