The Emirates Wireless Boating Championship yesterday saw a record 45 participants in all three categories, an unprecedented number in the two-season tournament held in Abu Dhabi. He was crowned in the professional category Nasser Al Balushi, followed by Suhail Al Tayer Friday, and Fahad Al Marzouqi third. In contrast, he came in first place in the junior category, Hamed Al Marzouqi, second Saad Sael, and third Abdullah Abdullah Essam Ramadan. At the junior level, the first place came back to second Al Tayer, then Suhail Al Tayer second, and Mohammed Al Marzouki in third place. The final winners were crowned by Nasser Al Dhaheri, supervisor of the race, Ahmad Ibrahim Al Taher, the referee of the competition, and Mansour Al Muhairi, racing coordinator at the club.
