England made the process short in the qualifying match against Montenegro. After just over half an hour it was 4-0 after, among other things, two goals by Tottenham's Harry Kane. A weak Montenegro has trouble keeping up with the English people's high tempo and has to see wave after wave that white sweaters are running towards him.

After another goal by Kane, which meant hattrick and his 30th goal in national team context, the half-time figures were 5-0.

The second half was more or less a transport distance for the home team. After 58 minutes, Harry Kane came on for Chelsea's Tammy Abraham. In the 66th minute Montenegro's Aleksander Sofranac was last on the ball - but it ended in its own goal.

With five minutes remaining, Abraham set the final score to 7-0 through his first national team goal and with the victory England secured a place in next year's European Championship playoffs.

Several countries secured the European Championships

In the England group, the Czech Republic also managed safe advancement after turning an 0-1 sub to victory after two late goals by Alex Kral in the match against Kosovo.

In Group H, Turkey and France secured advances with the undecided result between Turkey and Iceland. Instead, Iceland must hope for the Nations League to reach the playoffs.

Hattrick by Ronaldo

Also Portugal had a chance to secure a place in the European Championship and the team did what they could when they defeated Lithuania with the tennis figures 6-0 after a hat trick by Christiano Ronaldo. But celebrating our wait as Serbia waited, beat Luxembourg by 3-2.

Fira, however, teach Portugal to make enough time when they meet Luxembourg at home in the decisive match.
