LONDON (Reuters) - Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed the extent of injury to striker Mohamed Salah against Tottenham on Sunday at Anfield in the 10th round of the Premier League.

Klopp said in comments on the official website of the Liverpool club that Salah's ankle injury, and he believes it "is not great."

Salah was injured in the 85th minute of the Tottenham match after feeling pain in the same place as the previous injury with his left ankle, to be replaced by Joe Gomez.

"Mo (Salah) was injured in the same ankle as he had before," Klopp said. "He just feels pain whenever he keeps playing."

"It is not a big problem, it will be gone one day, but it is still a bit for now."

Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Mohamed Salah suffered an ankle injury against Tottenham Hotspur, which he believes "is not great."

Klopp played down his injury with fellow Virgil van Dijk, who suffered a bruise. "Everything is good," he said.

Salah came out after helping the Reds win 2-1 after scoring the second goal, his 50th goal in his 58th game at Anfield.
