Sohn Heung-min of the English Premier League Tottenham scored two goals in the European Champions League, putting his shoulders on the "legend" Cha Bum-geun's record for most Korean professional footballers in Europe.

Son Heung scored his 16th and 44th minute in the 2019-2020 UEFA Champions League Group B match against Group B of Serbia Zrvena Zvezda at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England.

Son Heung-min scored five goals this season after scoring two consecutive goals in the Champions League following the second leg against Bayern Munich.

This is also the goal of Son Heung-min's 120-121 career in Europe.

So, Heung-Min ties up the record with Korea's highest goal scored by former Korean national coach Cha Beom-geun.

One more goal now exceeds the previous coach's record.

After 16 minutes, Harry Kane took the lead and Sohn Heungmin managed to score a goal by calmly pushing Eric Lamela's cross from the right side to the left of the goal area.

In the 44th minute, Tangi N'Dombele's pass was finished again with his left foot from the left side of the goal area.

Tottenham finished the first half 3-0 with Son Heung Min's multi goal.
