After missing the playoffs last year, the LA Galaxy meets Minnesota tonight in the MLS playoffs.

If there is a loss it may be 38-year-old Ibrahimovic's last match for the club. It is even speculated that it could be his last in his career.

- I have a contract until December 31 if I remember correctly. I respect my contract and if I leave you will have less to write about. If I stay you will have something to write about. So we'll see what happens, says Zlatan Ibrahimovic in an interview that was published on Friday at the club's website.

The club also released a movie clip on Sunday showing how Zlatan, who looks relaxed and determined, together with his teammates, is on a plane to fly to the away game in Minnesota.

"We must make fewer mistakes"

Ibrahimovic left Manchester United 2018 for a move to the US and games in the LA Galaxy. Last year, the Los Angeles club missed the playoffs. Minnesota came fourth in the Western Conference where Galaxy finished fifth.

- If we want to go further, we need to step up and get better. We must make fewer mistakes, not let in as many goals, or score more goals than them. It's also a tactic, Zlatan says in an interview with Sportbladet ahead of the weekend's fate match.
