Next year is skateboarding for the first time in the Olympics. Tony Hawk has always been for the sport to get Olympic status and looks forward to skateboarding next year in Tokyo.
- There are always no-owners and backlashes in skateboarding. People are so passionate and don't want to be mainstream. But it will be the same competitions, just a bigger arena and a larger audience. If nothing else, the sport will be bigger internationally, Hawk says.
