Beterbiev became the fifth Russian boxer in history to combine two titles

Beterbiev October 19 in Philadelphia knocked out Carnation in the tenth round of the fight for the IBF and WBC light heavyweight world titles, having won his 15th career victory.

Before him, two belts of the world champion were immediately held by Kostya Tszyu, Denis Lebedev, Sergey Kovalev and Murat Gassiev.

Earlier, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, reacted to Beterbiev’s victory over the Ukrainian Carnation.
