Takahisa Yoshikawa, who participated in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics with a shooting men's free pistol and won the bronze medal for two consecutive tournaments, died on the 12th. I was 83 years old.

Yoshikawa is from Fukuoka Prefecture. He played an active role in a shooting men's free pistol aiming for a target 50 meters away, won a bronze medal at the 1960 Roman Olympics, and became the first Japanese medalist in shooting.

He also participated in the following 1964 Tokyo Olympics in the same event, and won a bronze medal for two consecutive tournaments.

According to the Japan Rifle Shooting Association, it was early morning on the 12th that he died of heart failure in Fukuoka City. I was 83 years old.
