Iwate Ninohe Appi River is flooding dangerous water level October 13th 5:33
Around 4am on the 13th, in Iwate Prefecture, the Appi River newly exceeded the flood risk level at the Chuobashi Observatory in Ninohe City.
Iwate Prefecture has called for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding has increased greatly.
