The largest gymnastics world is 145 centimeters long and comes from the United States. When the women's multi-finals final was decided in Stuttgart, it was again with superior Simone Biles at the top of the podium.

"The biggest star I've ever seen and probably ever will see," says SVT's expert Veronica Wagner.

The American started with hope, where, despite landing a bit off the line, she scored 15,233. But then Biles waited for Biles, who is not the favorite branch.

The coach hugged with relief

- We almost assume that Biles succeeds in doing so, but if it is in any branch that has problems, this is it. She has even once said that she wants to cut every bar in the United States, comments Veronica Wagner.

But with a severity of 6.2, the 22-year-old stood for a stable effort and could easily hug his coach afterwards.

And thus the gold was basically secured. Biles was best in both boom and stand alone and was able to finish his competition program with a smile and a "mic drop".

Chinese silver peel of Tang

The battle for other pallet places became more riveting, but where 16-year-old World Cup debutant Xijing Tang from China peeled and squeezed the silver after an outstanding standalone program that scored 13,600.

The bronze went to Angelica Melnikova, a long-awaited World Cup medal for the Russian who came fifth at the World Cup last year.
