Arsenal booked a simple win over Standard Liège on Thursday evening in the group stage of the Europa League. Justin Kluivert left the point with AS Roma in the Austrian Wolfsberger AC (1-1), while Wout Weghorst and Jeffrey Bruma tied with VfL Wolfsburg at Saint-Étienne: 1-1.
Arsenal-Standard Liège was already decided after more than twenty minutes, as the home team already led 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium at that time. Gabriel Martinelli, who was just eighteen, hit twice in the space of three minutes, after which Joe Willock scored the third goal in the 22nd minute.
After the break, Arsenal took back gas and this saved Liège a monster score. The Spaniard Dani Ceballos was still close to 4-0 in the 57th minute, but that was not the case in London.
Due to the trouble-free victory, Arsenal still takes the lead in group F. The team of manager Unai Emery already won the first group match 0-3 at Eintracht Frankfurt, which was just too strong for Vitória Guimaraes on Thursday: 0-1.
Evan Ndicka signed in the 36th minute for the only goal of the match in Portugal. Bas Dost started on the bench near Frankfurt and came in after 68 minutes, but did not score.

Kluivert takes point with AS Roma
Kluivert had a base place with Roma and saw his team take the lead after 26 minutes against Wolfsberger by a hit by Leonardo Spinnazzola. Michael Liendl, who has a history with FC Twente, helped the Austrians to the equalizer shortly after the break and gave his team a point.
In the other match in group J, Medipol Basaksehir and Borussia Mönchengladbach also tied with 1-1. Roma and Wolfsberger lead with four runs from two games, followed by Basaksehir and 'Gladbach' with one.
Both Wolfhorst and Wegma were in the starting line-up at Wolfsburg. Weghorst was brought to the side after an hour. The 1-1 final score was already reached by goals from Thimothée Kolodziejczak and William.
The other match in group I between FC Oleksandriya and KAA Gent also ended in 1-1, keeping Wolfsburg and Ghent in the lead. Both teams have four points, three more than Saint-Étienne and Oleksandriya.

Lukoki helps Ludogorets with a second win
In group H, former Ajax and PEC Zwolle striker Jody Lukoki had a large share in Ludogorets' victory over Ferencváros: 0-3. The international of Congo opened the score after 36 seconds.
In the other game, Espanyol defeated Russian CSKA Moscow: 0-2. The Bulgarian Ludogorets is the only one still flawless. The team has two points more than Espanyol and three more than Ferencváros. CSKA was unable to grab a point.
Slovan Bratislava is the surprising leader in group K. The Slovakian team, with Dutchmen Joeri de Kamps and Myenty Abena in the starting line-up, played a 2-2 tie at SC Braga and therefore has four points, just like the Portuguese club.
Wolverhampton Wanderers won 0-1 against Besiktas in the same group and took the first points. The Turkish club, with Jeremain Lens on the pitch, is scoreless at the bottom.
