There was no picture. The All Blacks, Canada's winner (63-0), have won the most since the start of the 2019 Rugby World Cup on Wednesday (October 2nd) in Oita, Japan.

Under the roof of the Oita stadium, the doubles title holders scored nine tries, including three by the Barrett brothers (Jordie, Beauden and Scott), aligned together for the first time in the World Cup.

Quarters already in sight

Serious and confident, the All Blacks, almost guaranteed to finish first in Pool B since their Springbok (23-13) victory on September 21st, recited their rugby (races, support, offensive action) against the Canadians, who have never given up.

The All Blacks will face Namibia on Sunday and Italy on 12 October, before taking on the quarter-finals.

The Canadians will chase against the other big size of the pool, the Springboks, on October 8, before finishing their world against Namibia on October 13.
