Inter Milan continued their winning streak and regained the top spot in Serie A from Juventus by beating Sampdoria 3-1 on Saturday in the sixth round to achieve the full mark so far.

Stefano Sensi led Inter in the 20th minute, Alexis Sanchez added the second in the 22nd minute, and Sampdoria reduced the score with a goal scored by Jacob Jancto in the 55th minute, before Roberto Galliardini scored the third goal for Inter Milan in the 61st minute.

Inter have 18 points at the top of the standings, with Sampdoria having three points in the 20th and last place.

With this win, Inter Milan remain unbeaten in the league this season with a sixth consecutive victory, while Sampdoria's fifth loss of the season to win one game.

Inter are set to face Barcelona on Wednesday in the second round of Group F in the Champions League.
