The board of directors of Al-Bataeh Sports and Cultural Club chose Egyptian coach Tarek Al-Sayed Abdul Ghaffar as the first team coach because of his well-known technical and social status in the UAE competitions when he succeeded in previous seasons to achieve several achievements with the clubs he worked with, most notably leading the team Dibba Fujairah to play in the league.
