When RIK fell with the head goal at home to Alingsås, banners were rolled out on the stands. But it was not dissatisfaction with the team that affected it - but rather an answer to the arena question.

"This no longer holds - solve the arena issue".

Unlike the recent home meeting with IFK Skövde, the match could be completed this time. But there is concern about the future.

After the Liseberg Hall was demolished around the turn of the year, RIK no longer has its own home hall.

- Clearly it does not affect having a home arena. Now what happened to Skövde and we must be held accountable for it. But of course there is a concern. We'll see how this ends, says RIK coach Jasmin Zuta.

What does the future look like?

- You want someone in Gothenburg City to stand up and tell us and the young people that we are working really hard to create a future for where the new building will be located. There is a frustration. At the same time, we have been clear that we want to focus on the sporting and try to perform good handball. That is our agenda.

The club does not currently know where to play their games next season. At the same time, a packed spring awaits with several events in Scandinavium. In addition to Frölunda who plays SHL matches, the Gothenburg Horse Show and the Melodifestivalen, among others, will be arranged in the arena.

Is it going to be chaos then?

- I do not know. I have only seen the schedule and if you sit down and look at it, you can see that Scandinavium as an arena has to work with. It will be a damn mass event, but it is above my table.
