Swedish bike star Emilia Fahlin, who last year turned four at the World Cup's line race, crashed this spring during a training session in Spain. This resulted in a strong concussion, and she missed all competitions this summer.

Her participation in the World Cup has been uncertain, but now it is clear that she will run at the World Cup.

- Emilia will run the World Cup, says Lt. Lucas Persson to SVT Sport.

Last Friday she was hopeful of being on the starting line when the World Cup is decided in Yorkshire.

- All races are an investment for next year. If I feel that I can participate and compete then it is in a completely different role than I had intended at the beginning of the year, she told SVT then.
