Sunday was a good day for FC Rosengård.

First they won by 3-1 at home against Örebro, and a couple of hours later, the series two Vittsjö lost by 0-1 at home to Eskilstuna.

Thus, the damall Swedish gold battle is basically settled. With four rounds remaining, Rosengård leads the series with seven points, and next week the second Vittsjö triathlon will meet Gothenburg.

Series lead with seven points

If it ends in a draw, while Rosengård wins against the hopeless jumble Kungsbacka, Rosengård has nine points ahead and at least 16 goals better goal difference.

"Only we ourselves can stop it, we have to do our job in the four matches that remain," said Anna Anvegård, who scored two of Rosengård's goals against Örebro, to Sydsvenskan after their match.

So for Vittsjö it looks the tougher. But their loss to Eskilstuna was fair. Especially in the first half, Eskilstuna was clearly the better team. It was not until the last ten minutes that Vittsjö created any real pressure on Eskilstuna, but the really hot chances were few.
