The instructor of the extraordinary file opened by the Spanish Football Federation regarding the bets made by those involved in the Oikos operation, which investigates match-fixing, has proposed the dismissal for Iñigo López, Agustín Lasaosa, Borja Fernández, Borja Gómez, Carlos Caballero and Samu Sáiz . The Competition Committee must decide on its proposal, while continuing the process against those involved in criminal proceedings.

The instructor, Juantxo Landaberea , proposes to impose a sanction to the head of the medical services of the club, Juan Carlos Galindo , of a fine of 3,006 euros and the suspension or deprivation of license for a period of two years.

In the case of Galindo, according to the sanction proposal, to which Diario del Alto Aragón has had access, it is indicated that "in the absence of disciplinary records, and considering that the person who has been issued has not obtained an economic benefit from the numerous bets placed on games played by your club, but on the contrary, significant losses, the proportionality and justice fee seems to be tighter to impose the appropriate sanctions to a minimum. "

He adds that "it is true that the prohibited bets made by the aforementioned person are innumerable , but the vast majority were on matches, including foreign leagues, in which teams with which he had no connection and, in any case, everything it seems to indicate, at first sight, that its betting activity could be due more to an addiction to the game than to an attempt to profit economically from any privileged information based on its condition of doctor of the professional team of the SD Huesca ".

Very serious violation

The instructor notes in his file that of the information provided by the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling, only Juan Carlos Galindo and Samu Sáiz, among those who have been registered, have participated in bets on football matches and enjoy economic content.

In the file, it is considered that only the bets made by Galindo are constitutive of a "very serious" disciplinary infraction typified in article 75 bis of the RFEF Disciplinary Code, not having been accredited this disciplinary infraction by the other persons issued .

Said article establishes that for the typified infraction, in addition to the fine of 3,006 to 30,051 euros, one or more of the following penalties will be imposed: loss of the match, deduction of three points in the classification, descent of category, celebration of matches on neutral ground, closure of the four-game sports venue at one season or disqualification to hold positions in the federative organization or suspension or deprivation of license for a period of two to five years.

Consequently, and released both SD Huesca and its former president , Agustín Lasaosa, of any sanctioning effect by the RFEF, based on the resolution of the instructor of the file, now the resolution of the file that the League of Professional Soccer and the instruction of the Court number 5 of Huesca in the so - called Operation Oikos , whose summary has not been completely closed.
