A video showed the terrible moment four players were injured after lightning struck the Staddle East Stadium in the Jamaican capital of Kingston in the 84th minute during an official match between Wilmers School and Jamaica College which was suspended after the incident.
Two of the four players received treatment on the pitch but Jamaica players Terence Francis and Dane Allen were seriously injured, especially Francis, who did not respond to the treatment and were taken to a university hospital.
