The next hearing is scheduled for December 13 in London and in the meantime, both Olesen's defense lawyers and the prosecutor's side can seek expert testimony that could be used in the case.

It was on a flight between the US and the UK last summer that the 29-year-old was reported to have been intoxicated and, among other things, besides harassing a sleeping woman sexually, having urinated between the seats and guilty of violent resistance. The Danish star was arrested at Heathrow Airport in London, but was later released.

Olesen is suspended from all games on the European Tour in connection with the legal process.
