Tunisia's Esperance will be drawn in a tough showdown against the Asian champions who have yet to be decided.
Monterrey will meet Mexico's CONCACAF winners from the opening match between Qatar and host Al Sadd and Oceania's New Caledonia champion Hengin Sport.
Champions Liverpool and the South American champions have yet to be decided from the semi-finals.

The tournament will be held for the first time in Qatar between 11 and 21 December next with the participation of seven clubs, six of which are champions of the six continents, in addition to the champion of the host country.
