Kessidis ready for the World Cup semi-organized Olympic Games
Alex Bjurberg Kessidi's success on the wrestling mat continues. After winning a bronze in the European Games in Minsk this summer, the Swede now has a new medal award in the World Cup in Astana, Kazakhstan.
24-year-old AIK wrestler Alex Bjurberg Kessidis convinced in his quarter-finals in the 77-pound, Greco-Roman style, where he defeated Iranian Mohammadali Abdolhamid Geraei by 9-1.
This means that Bjurberg Kessidis is ready for the semi-finals later today - thus securing a quota for the Tokyo Olympics next year.
