Miguel Ángel López is furious with Movistar's course behavior in the Vuelta a España. The Spanish team stepped up the pace in the nineteenth stage after a massive crash involving, among others, red jersey carrier Primoz Roglic.

"It is disrespectful what Movistar does", López murmured, who also fell behind due to the crash itself, after the ride at RTVE . "It is so typical that they try to take advantage of this."

With another 66 kilometers ahead, the peloton was startled by a massive crash. Among others Roglic crashed, after which Movistar de Sloveen was one minute behind.

About 20 kilometers after the crash, the team of Alejandro Valverde and Nairo Quintana decided to keep their feet still, allowing Roglic to return to the peloton. Despite this, López also gives world champion Valverde a good deal of it.

"Those idiots always drive in such a stupid way. We know how they race. I get angry when I see the team of the world champion racing in this way. What a world champion we have!" classification sarcastic.

Roglic didn't know exactly what was happening

Roglic himself did not want to respond to the Movistar campaign. "I don't know exactly what happened," he said. "I didn't see it because I was sitting a bit further back. After that I tried to drive back to the front."

"With the team we tried to get a new bike as quickly as possible and to return. It could have been better today, but it could have ended much worse. I am now looking forward to tomorrow. We are one day closer."

In the general classification, Roglic still has almost three minutes ahead of number two Valverde. Quintana is third at about three and a half minutes.

There are two more stages on the program in the Vuelta. A tough mountain stage will follow on Saturday and on Sunday the Spanish cycle will be closed with a flat stage to Madrid.
