Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti is furious about the circumstances in the changing rooms of his own stadium, San Paolo. The number two of the last Serie A season will play the first home game on Saturday while the changing rooms are still being renovated.
"To be honest, I was short of words when I saw the changing room conditions," said Ancelotti in a statement on the Napoli site on Wednesday.
"I have accepted the club's request to play the first two games outside with the idea that the work would be finished after that. In two months you can build an entire house, but apparently you cannot renovate two changing rooms. "
On images that have been distributed by Napoli itself, it can be seen that the work is still in full swing. The floor in the dressing room has not been tiled yet and the washbasins have not been placed yet.

"Club has been discredited"
Napoli will play the first home game of the season against Sampdoria on Saturday. The Champions League match against Liverpool will follow on Tuesday in Naples.
"I am furious about the way the work has been done," Ancelotti continues.
"How is it possible that a municipality does not live up to its promise in this way? It feels like the club is being discredited by the city."
Napoli started the season well with a 3-4 win at Fiorentina, but lost a week later with the same figures at champion Juventus.
