Forward Kalle Holmberg has shown good form lately, and has scored in two of Norrköping's three most recent matches.

But now it is clear that he will miss Sunday's match against Malmö FF.

Two bangs

He got a blow to the thigh on a workout on Monday. Despite that, he played with the U21 team's match against Djurgården on Tuesday. There, however, he got a new bang, and was forced to step off.

- He has had some small bangs in the same place that developed into something that we did not think was good. I can't say if the bang yesterday was in the exact same place but it was near that area. Then we have to follow the development of his rehab, Jens Gustafsson tells Norrköping's Newspapers, where he also tells that Holmberg will not be able to play on Sunday.

- With Kalle, it is not quite as good as we want it to be, he will not be removable for Sunday. We know that. Then we will see in the future how long he will be gone.

"Expect him to exercise"

Christoffer Nyman is also plagued by an injury, but it should not be as serious as Holmberg's.

- We expect him to train soon. It is only Kalle that we can count on already before Sunday, Jens Gustafsson tells the NT.

Sunday's match against Malmö is really important for Norrköping. Norrköping is currently seven, with three points up duty third placed MFF.
