The Egyptian club Al-Ahli topped the list published by the British newspaper Mirror of the most culminating clubs in the world with 118 championships, while Real Madrid were not in the top ten list.

"Al-Ahly, known as the Horn of Africa Club, has started to win trophies from day one and has taken the top 30 of the world's most successful leagues, outperforming all the world clubs," the British newspaper reported on Sunday.

Mirror pointed out that Al-Ahly succeeded in winning a huge number of tournaments at all levels by winning 41 titles in the Egyptian league championship, 36 titles in the Egyptian Cup, ten titles in the local super championship and 19 titles at the continental level, including 8 titles in the league African Champions, one title in the Confederation of African Championships, and other tournaments.

Glasgow Rangers came in second with 115 championships, while Nacional of Uruguay finished third with 113 titles.Pinarol was fourth with 108 titles and Celtic fifth with 105 titles.

The Spanish club Barcelona ranked sixth with 91 titles, Real Madrid seventh with 90 titles, then Benfica eighth with 82 titles, Greek Olympiakos ninth with 75 tournaments, and Porto ranked tenth in the list with 74 trophies.
