The court confirmed the release of the Kokorin brothers by parole


Alekseevsky court of the Belgorod region confirmed the information on the release of football player Alexander Kokorin and his brother Kirill on parole.

According to TASS, the decision on Pavel Mamaev is still unknown.

On October 11, 2018, Pavel Mamaev, Alexander Kokorin, his brother Kirill and Alexander Protasovitsky were arrested on charges of beating the head of the department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Pak, as well as the driver of TV presenter Olga Ushakova Vitaly Solovchuk.

On May 8, the Presnensky court of Moscow sentenced Kokorin to one year and six months in a penal colony, and Mamaev to one year and five months in prison.

On June 13, the Moscow City Court overturned the Presnensky court’s verdict, but a new one was passed, with the same terms of imprisonment and minor changes in terms of qualification of actions.

On June 28, the Presnensky court of Moscow sent the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) an order to execute the sentence in respect of Kokorin and Mamaev.

July 4, it became known that the players were transferred to the colony.

Earlier, Kokorin's lawyer Tatyana Stukalova reacted to the release of a football player in parole.
