Nurmagomedov and Porie successfully passed the weighing procedure

The Russian athlete was the first to go through the procedure and showed 70.3 kg on the scales. His opponent showed the same weight.

The title fight between Nurmagomedov and Porie will take place on September 7 in Abu Dhabi as part of the UFC 242 tournament.

Nurmagomedov became the UFC champion in April 2018 after defeating Al Yakvinta. In October of that year, he defended his belt in a battle with Conor McGregor.

Earlier, Bellator fighter Vadim Nemkov compared Nurmagomedov and Fedor Emelianenko.
