Chairman of Sharjah Sports Self-Defense Club Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Owais has revealed that the club has decided to hire international experts to support his career and to prepare plans for the coming season in order to enhance the qualitative leap achieved by the club last season in all aspects of competitiveness and organizational and in the field of talent players exploration, This comes within the directives of the Sharjah Sports Council to work on the use of international expertise and benefit from it to continue to promote the sports of self-defense, namely jujitsu, Taekwondo, Karate and Judo, this came during the regular meeting of the Board of Directors

Al Owais thanked His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah for the great support and gracious care that paved the way for the great success witnessed by the club and for His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah for the generous guidance that paved the way for the success of the club. Sharjah Sports Authority, headed by Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi and the direct follow-up to the Secretary-General HE Issa Hilal Al-Hazami.

During the meeting, they also reviewed what has been achieved during the summer holiday of sports activities, including the summer program, and the external camp organized in cooperation with the Estonian Taekwondo Federation, which resulted in positive results and strategic understandings reached with the Estonian side, and the club's board of directors also discussed plans for the season.
