Yesterday came the verdict against Saman Ghoddos and Östersund FK after the conflict with Huesca. The Spanish club meant that they agreed with Ghoddos and Östersund on a transition but that Östersund withdrew. Something ÖFK former chairman Daniel Kindberg thinks is false.

- ÖFK never had an agreement with Huesca. Huesca tricked Saman into signing an agreement, Kindberg tells SVT Sport.

"Don't think Ghoddos has done anything wrong"

Kindberg admits that during his stay in Huesca, Saman Ghoddos signed an agreement but that the player has not done anything wrong.

- I do not see that you do anything wrong when you are tricked into writing an agreement in a language you do not understand. It was not wrong to go to Huesca, but he might have brought some more advisers with him, says Daniel Kindberg to SVT Sport.

Kindberg also believes that the proportion of the punishment is unreasonable in terms of the alleged crime:

- How the hell can Huesca be awarded 40 million SEK when it is those who deceive a player and have not even suffered injury? If they trick a player into signing an agreement that he can't even read, it is probably Huesca who should be penalized.

"The verdict is bigger than Bosman"

Daniel Kindberg also says in the interview with SVT that if the verdict is in CAS (the sports arbitration court) it can have more significance than the Bosmandom in the 90s:

- I think the surprise of the verdict is huge in football Europe. This can be a bigger change in transfers than the Bosman case, it is bigger than Bosman. This means that a player can go and sign an agreement then the player belongs to that club without the clubs having made any agreement.

Next week, Daniel Kindberg awaits the trial of the financial irregularities that went on during his time as chairman of ÖFK.

- It's just jumping on the horse and riding out the storm for everyone involved. There are no alternatives, I have to look ahead, Kindberg tells SVT Sport.

The trial begins on September 5th.
