The soccer representative from Japan and Tokyo Olympics player Doan Ritsu will be transferred to PSV, the Netherlands 1st league powerhouse.
Groningen and PSV in the Netherlands, where Doan currently belongs, announced on July 27 that both clubs have agreed that Doan will be fully transferred to PSV.
