Irene Ekelund's top listing - close to personal best

The still young Irene Ekelund, 22, broke through very early. Already six years ago, she hit her personal record time, 11.35.

But Ekelund has had a heavy period with both injuries and depression.

Now Ekelund seems to be back in shape. During Finnkampen she again ran fast and won the race at 11.44 - only nine hundredths from her personal record thus.

To Linda Haglund's Swedish record, however, this is a bit up. Haglund's record listing reads 11.16.
