Potapova withdrew from WTA tournament in the Bronx during a match with Sinyakova
Russian Anastasia Potapova refused to continue the fight in the tournament of the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) in the Bronx during the second round match with Czech Katerina Sinyakova.
At the time the meeting stopped, the athletes spent 46 minutes on the court, and the score was 6: 0, 3: 0 in favor of Sinyakova.
In the quarterfinals, Sinyakova will play with American Bernarda Pera, who defeated another Czech representative, Barbara Strytsova.
