LONDON (Reuters) - Liverpool won their second consecutive Premier League victory at Arsenal on Saturday, beating Southampton 2-1 in the second round of the Premier League.

With this win, Liverpool have six points and are in the lead on goal difference from Arsenal, who also achieved their second win of the season against Burnley 2-1.

The goals scored by "Lever" Sadio Mane (45) and Brazilian Roberto Firmino (71) before Southampton reduced the score with a goal through former Liverpool player Danny Ings (83).

Elsewhere, Norwich City beat Newcastle United 3-1 at Bournemouth at Aston Villa 2-1. Everton also beat Watford 1-0 and Brighton drew 1-1 at West Ham United.
