Liverpool fans are hoping for the top scorer and the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, when he will play on Wednesday in the European Super Cup final at the Vodafone Arena in the Turkish capital Istanbul, in the European Super Cup.

The Egyptian has succeeded in winning the title of the Premier League's top scorer in the last two seasons to confirm that the winning deal and the weapon of the English team next to the other Senegalese striker Sadio Mane, and Brazil striker Firmino.

Liverpool are looking for the European Super Cup title for the fourth time in their history, absent from their vaults in 14 years, specifically in the last coronation in 2005, which was preceded twice in 1977 and 2001.

The Reds opened the scoring record for the Super Cup in 1977 at the expense of Hamburg, then added the second title in 2001 against Bayern Munich and ended their 2005 title with a victory over CSKA Moscow.
