Head coach of the Russian national team Stanislav Cherchesov does not see the player of the main team of Russia in the forward of CSKA Fedor Chalov. This was announced by a specialist in a conversation with reporters of the TV channel "Russia 24".

We say that while someone looks stronger and brings more benefit to the team, ”Cherchesov explained his position.

In addition, the mentor of the Russian national team expressed the opinion that Chalov’s talent and scorer qualities would be extremely useful to another team - the Russian youth team. In September, wards of Mikhail Galaktionov will begin their performance in the qualifying round of the European Championship-2021. According to Cherchesov, the coaching staff of the youth team is interested in inviting the 21-year-old striker of CSKA.

At the same time, Stanislav Cherchesov did not deny the strengths of the football player and admitted that he sees noticeable progress in the game of the army striker.

Cherchesov's words outraged many CSKA fans and caused a lot of questions. However, experts interviewed by RT are sure that the specialist makes the right decision.

So, ex-coach Boris Ignatiev in an interview with RT explained that the hypothetical return of Chalov to the “youth team” will only benefit the player. An experienced coach is sure that depriving a young striker of playing practice is unprofitable for any of his teams.

“For Chalov, this situation is even better. Playing for the youth team, he will get the opportunity to benefit the country. And sitting on a bench is very difficult to do. I have no doubt that in the “youth team” he will definitely get both a chance and a place at the base, because now Fedor will come there as a delegated player of the first team. This practically guarantees him the status of the main star, ”Ignatiev said.

At the same time, the specialist drew attention to the fact that the reason for the possible rejection of Chalov may be the game philosophy, which Cherchesov adheres to.

At the same time, a coach specializing in working with young football players supported Cherchesov’s decision and noted that the statements of the head coach would not negatively affect Chalov.

I don’t think that such words of the head coach of the national team will lead Fedor out of the way. He has a motivation.
