Samsung Lions have signed a contract with pitcher Oh Seung Hwan.

Samsung said, "Oh Seung-hwan's annual salary was decided at 600 million won."

However, because of the unpaid balance due to suspension in the remaining season, the amount of the actual pay will be about half.

Oh Seung-hwan is scheduled to undergo surgery to remove the right-hand elbow bone, but it will be at the end of April next year when the actual mound is filled with the number of suspension penalties.

Oh Seung-hwan signed the Hanshin Tigers after finishing the 2013 season and had 80 saves in two seasons in professional baseball in Japan.

Later, he moved to the United States to play 16 games, 45 hits and 42 saves in three teams including St. Louis, Toronto and Colorado.

Oh Seung - hwan was released last month from the Rockies in Colorado.

Oh Seung-hwan said, "I'm glad to have my Samsung uniform again, and I will show good results next season."

Oh Seung-hwan will visit KIA and Daegu Samsung Lions Park with home stadium on the 10th to return to fans.
