Russian gymnasts won the Universiade gold in ball exercises

The Russian national rhythmic gymnastics team won the gold medals of the XXX World Summer Universiade in Naples, winning the five-ball competition.



The Russian national team consisting of Alina Aliyeva, Elina Baruzdina, Marina Kozlova, Valeria Rusina and Angelina Shkatova earned 25,075 points for a group exercise with five balls and won a set of gold medals of the Universiade-2019.

The second place was taken by the Ukrainian team (22,900), the top three Japanese winners were closed (21,650).

Earlier gymnast Selezneva won the Universiade gold in hoop exercises.
