At the same time, it is noted that the head of North Ossetia, Vyacheslav Bitarov, had not yet signed a decree on the release of Gabulov from his post.
Prior to this, the media reported that Gabulov would leave his post as Minister of Sports and go to work in the Vladikavkaz football club Alania.
Gabulov was appointed to the post in November 2018 after completing his playing career. Ex-goalkeeper played in the Russian national team and was a football player of such teams as CSKA, Dynamo, Alania, Kuban, Amkar, Anji and Tula Arsenal. Gabulov's last club was the Belgian Brugge.
Earlier, Gabulov said he wanted to return “Alania” in the RPL.
